We believe that this bottoms-up approach is essential, as it results in better decisions and buy-in from the individuals who drive implementation. We then take it one step further. Once a plan is in place, we stick with our clients to make sure the plans are working. Often, unanticipated issues arise during the implementation phase. We coach our clients through these issues and help them re-tool the tactics so that they can meet their strategic objectives.

Opportunity Knocks is unique in that we offer programs for the education community and youth to prepare for the challenges of tomorrow. We work with the entire education system - educators, administrators, parents and youth - to help youth achieve their maximum potential in areas that enhance classroom curriculum.
We know that reading, writing, and arithmetic are core skills that are essential to prepare our youth for the workforce. Our unique programs reinforce these basic fundamentals, simultaneously building important skills such as time management, planning, leadership teamwork, and effective communication. We also build the skills of teachers and administrators so they are most effective, and can serve as role models for youth.
